Step 1. Consultation

In your first visit we don’t just look at your skin, we understand your story.

• Consultation: We ask about your skin history, current routine, lifestyle and medications. We clarify your main goals (e.g. ageing, acne, pigmentation, redness, texture)We agree what “success” would look like for you

• Skin analysis: We then examine your skin closely under a magnifying lamp. This lets us see things you might not notice in normal light – pore size, oiliness/dryness, fine lines, congestion, sensitivity, broken capillaries and pigment changes. We combine what we see under the lamp with what you’ve told us, so we’re working from facts, not guesses.

• Mapped‑out plan: Based on your goals and the skin analysis, we map out a clear plan to help your skin – which treatments, how often, and what homecare will support it This plan is what we then use to choose the right treatment for you in Step 2.

• AI Digital Skin Scan: We take detailed images of your face using our AI skin scanner. The scanner shows what’s happening beneath the surface – acne, scars, pigment, redness, pores, and texture. We go through the images with you so you can see exactly where the main issues are and why they’re there

Step 2 – Your Free Treatment: MyTime Restore (Mini Level)

After your consultation and AI skin scan, you’ll experience our membership treatment – MyTime Restore (Mini level) – completely free on your first visit.
