Step 1. After Your Purchase: You will receive a call from our reception team as soon as your purchase is processed (Between the hours of 9am-5pm - Mon - Sat). Within the call they will outline in further detail about what the next steps of the challenge is. At this point you will book in your treatment with the reception team (Step 4.)

Step 2. Your Products: In the Post You Will Receive A 7-Day At Home, Morning & Evening products Skincare routine within 48-72 hours of your purchase.

If for some reason you don't feel like that is true, then you can email our support team at reception@beautology.co.uk within 14 days after the challenge ends and we’ll refund the money you paid.

1. All offers are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. Once this has been completed we are unable to give a refund and the treatments must take place.

5. I acknowledge that no warranty or guarantee has been given to me as a result or cure. Clinical experience and discussion have found the treatment(s) can produce varying results depending on any factors (such as skin & hair type/hormone & stress levels). Occasionally only partial or no results will occur. Courses may be packaged for economic purposes and not as an indication of the number of treatments required.
